Hello,
I have created multiple forms in Long's Form Builder. The Additional Eligibility Criteria does not appear to be functioning properly. I have tried using both location names and Business Unit numbers to drive eligibility for the forms and it is not working. I also tried to use "does not include" instead to see if that would work and that did not work either.
