Pre-requisite -
1.Add Employee SSN - 300000177
2.Add child – SSN – 300000195
3.ACA Plan should be self insured
4.Create file with Month value = “1” and other valid value for other fields
5.Update same file Month value = “0” and other valid value for other fields
6.Import Template - ACA Correction 1095 C Part III EmpID Dependent

Step To Repro -
1.Login to application
2.Navigate to Import/Export > Manual Import/Export > Select Import radio button.
3.Select template from drop down and browse file.
4.Click on Import
5.Run 95C with "Apply User Correction" - Yes
6.Download the file
Actual - 95C Part III check box is check
Expected - 95C Part III check box is uncheck for Blank Record

Concern: 95C Part III check box is check for Blank Dependent Record
Cause:As per earlier implementation, we have considered total 18 covered individual.But we changed this implementation as we were not able to maintain sequence number while importing and also we removed the blank records from covered individual table.Due to the earlier implementation,we considered the condition of 18 dependents for unchecking the check box on Part 3.
Correction: We are now deleting the blank records in covered individual table and grouping the employees for checking/unchecking the check box on Part 3.
