Pre-requisite -
1.Add Employee SSN - 300000178
2.Add child – SSN – 300000196
3.ACA Plan should be self insured
4.Create file with Month value = “1” and other valid value for other fields
5.Import Tempate - ACA Correction 1095 C Part III EmpID Dependent
6.95C Report Name - 1095C 28Dec16 1249

Step To Repro -
1.Login to application
2.Navigate to Import/Export > Manual Import/Export > Select Import radio button.
3.Select template from drop down and browse file.
4.Click on Import
5.Run 95C with "Apply User Correction" - Yes
6.Download the file
Actual- Only Jan month check box is checked
Expected - It should check "covered all 12 months" checkbox

We have verified above mentioned issue on LB company [ACA Automation].

Its working fine.
PFA employee's 1095-C report Concern: 95C part III, "covered all 12 months" Checkbox did not select for imported dependent code correction.
Cause: For import related changes, we removed sequence number. As there was sequence number mismatch, data did not get updated.
Correction: We have removed sequence number from the table and are updating the sequence number on the Final table of covered individual

This Issue is valid but customization is not valid.
Please ensure that dependents alone are not enrolled in a plan without employee.
Please maintain this while importing correction data also.
