Pre-requisite -
1.Add Employee SSN - 300000178
2.Add child – SSN – 300000196
3.ACA Plan should be self insured
4.Create file with Month value = “1” and other valid value for other fields
5.Import Tempate - ACA Correction 1095 C Part III EmpID Dependent
6.95C Report Name - 1095C 28Dec16 1249

Step To Repro -
1.Login to application
2.Navigate to Import/Export > Manual Import/Export > Select Import radio button.
3.Select template from drop down and browse file.
4.Click on Import
5.Run 95C with "Apply User Correction" - Yes
6.Download the file
Actual- Only Jan month check box is checked
Expected - It should check "covered all 12 months" checkbox

This Issue is valid but customization is not valid.
Please ensure that dependents alone are not enrolled in a plan without employee.
Please maintain this while importing correction data also.
