TIBCO for HSPL
This is an issue for all life plans having cost and coverage settings as Offered Amounts and also for plans of benefit type like Flex & Transit
- employee enrolled from 01/01/2016
- fetched invoice for Nov 2016 : shown expected billing and adjustments
- now initiated a QE eff from 05/01/2016 -> increased the coverage and enrolled
- fetched invoice for Dec 2016
Billing details were expected
New amount adjustments were expected
System did not shows the negative adjustments of costs which are already paid by employee [as discussed this is the problem where rate Id AND / OR sub rate id is null ] in the billing table
