ACA Reports 1095C and 1094C Questions

Hi all – additional questions from Suburban (they are reviewing every record)

1. EE – Joseph Stenzel (stage) – He was enrolled in Medical for half the month of January. On the 1095C he is not coming up as enrolled in line 14and the covered individuals’ section is blank. For Line 16 the code shows 2B for January which means Not a fulltime employee for the month and not enrolled, but he was enrolled for partial month. This code does not seem right to me.

2. EE Laura Thompson (Prod) – EE terminated on 11/6/2015. 1095 C shows code 1l for line 14, but she was enrolled in the plan up to 11/6. Shouldn’t the 1A code apply for the month of Nov.? Also, for line 16, the EE was enrolled a partial month and it shows code 2B (Not a fulltime employee for the month and not enrolled). Shouldn’t the 2C code also appear for Nov, even if only enrolled for partial month?

3. EE – Mark Timler (stage) – For line 16 shouldn't he be 2C all the way through? His wife got off the plan due to a divorce in September but that shouldn't be reflected in Mark's information on line 16 (Sept shows 2H).

4. EE – Robert Thorsen (stage) – EE was terminated on 5/27/2015. Shows him with a 2B code in May but he was enrolled in the plan for partial month.

5. EE – Shawn Perry (Prod) - EE was terminated on 10/16/2015. Shows him with a 2B code in Oct but he was enrolled in the plan for partial month.

6. EE – Thomas Moffat (Prod) - EE was terminated on 10/23/2015. Shows him with a 2B code in Oct but he was enrolled in the plan for partial month.
