Prime Healthcare (P-H) EE transfers can't access P_H website using SS#

      Description

      The following employees transferred from EHMC to Prime Healthcare (all under the Prime Healthcare umbrella) and are unable to access their Prime Healthcare WorkTerra accounts. The message “please check your Login Credentials” appears after they input their social as their username and password (along with company name Prime Healthcare).

      Please correct the accounts so that the employees can access their Prime Healthcare accounts using their social security number as their ID and password. Thank you.

          Hi Vijay Siddha, tried logging in using employee SSN as username, password with company name as Prime Healthcare. Employee is not able to log in to the system.

          Could you please assign to a developer for correction/

          Hi Shubhankar,

          Can we please check loginng in by new employee. Also check with Hrishikesh Deshpande, regarding password generation for imported employees, whether it completed successfully.

          Hi Amanda B. Garvey, we have enabled the login for these employees.

          The login was disabled in EHMC before moving them to Prime Healthcare. In future you will need to raise a support ticket for disabling their login in the old company and re-enabling it in the new company before moving them from one company to another.
          OR
          You can move these employees using the import functionality in which this issue will not occur.
