Terminate Plan Elections screen showing dates like 1/1/1900 12:00:00 AM for all listed elections

      Description

      Steps to reproduce on LB Caiso company

      1) Go to benadmin Employee home
      2) Click on Terminate Plan Elections
      3) Set a date (mostly back dated Terminations)
      4) Click on 'Save'

      Result: 1) The termination date we entered earlier shifts to next plan and 1/1/1900 12:00:00 AM gets displayed for termination date for all listed elections on the screen (PFA below screenshot )

      2) Also the plan doesn't get terminated

      Please look into this at the earliest

            Hi,

            Verified on LB.
            Employee is enrolled and effective for plan but still displaying "Plan termination Fail".

            Hi Harshawardhan Phalake,

            We are able to reproduce this on Security Testing company . This happens when the plan termination fails. Dates (1/1/1900 12:00:00 AM) remain as it is in the fields for other than the selected plan.

            Tried this for employee Marie G Bahoora for Superior Vision plan

            Also identified UI issue where Policy spelling is wrong and displayed as Ploicy . PFA Screenshot below

            Verified this issue on Caiso on Lb.

            but UI issue where "Policy" spelling is wrong and displayed as "Ploicy" is not yet fixed.
            Hence as discussed with Aniruddha Dev Re-opening this jira.
