      Description

Percentage of salary calculation should depend on benefit salary flag on rates.
If the benefit salary flag on rates is set to yes, then EE cost calculation should be calculated as per Percentage of benefit salary else it should consider gross annual salary.

NOTE: Rate of pay not considered as there is no concept of rate of pay in BenAdmin.

Concern:Percentage of salary calculation not depending on benefit salary flag on rates.
Cause: As per implementation, salary that has been selected on ACA parameters is considered for calculation of rates. Benefit salary flag on rates is not considered.
Correction: We have changed the implementation to consider benefit salary flag.
If the benefit salary flag on rates is set to yes, then EE cost calculation should be calculated as per Percentage of benefit salary else it should consider gross annual salary.

Note:Rate of pay not considered as there is no concept of rate of pay in BenAdmin.
