Long Onboard - Completed form information not always visable

I went to view the completed forms logged in as myself for "lasvegas nevada" (my test person) and although it shows the forms were completed, there was no information visible. Same for "portland oregon".

I viewed "Colorado colorado" and some information is visible but not all
