We moved Five Guys from Benadmin to Exchange on '27 Oct 2016' It is long period and we do not have any database back up of this date, So did not compare data from Benadmin to Exchange. We have also requested to Virzon to provide database backup of '27 Oct 2016' and it will take 4 to 5 working days.

Could please provide list of 677 employees,so that we can start correction of these impacted employees.

We have verified given report and found that records are not correct on this report and also effective date of employee is not correct, for this report issue, we have created WT-7867 jira ticket and assign this to report team.

We attached new report for EOI pending, so could you please verify this report and let us know in case EOI pending data is correct or not on report. Attached file is password protected.

All - none of us are certain what you want us to do. What we need done is to verify all of the pending EOIs from Five Guys 2016 as of now for the 2016 elections are showing correctly in Five Guys client in Exchange for STD, LTD and the Voluntary Life plans. This needs to be reviewed and done tonight. This has been escalated to the Broker and our Upper Management so we cannot have any exceptions to this being done tonight.

We asked Lorena.Nava@ebsbenefits.com to provide list of 677 employees those are impacted by this and she provided report "Pending EOI List Five Guys 1.17.1729542_3971" it contain around 14,139 records and we reviewed this report and found record on report are not correct because it is showing employee effective date '01/01/2016' but his/her effective date is '01/01/2017'.

Is client referring "Pending EOI List Five Guys 1.17.1729542_3971" to validate pending EIOs from Benadmin to Exchange, if yes then it is wrong because this report does not has proper records. If Not please provide list of employee that client is referring to validate data, so we can investigate more on this and find root cause of this issue.

We have also fetched new report from backend with valid data, please use this report to validate pending EIOs and As per our understanding when we moved Five Guys company from Benadmin to Exchange platform, at that time we moved complete data to Exchange platform.

Note:- Meanwhile we have also requested to Virzon to provide database backup of '27 Oct 2016' when we moved Five Guys from Benadmin to Exchange and it will take 4 to 5 working days. We are doing this to confirm Enrollment data was moved properly from Benadmin to Exchange.

Hi Avnish: I left you an email and also replied to this JIRA ticket. The client did not provide a list but rather instructed us to review the pending que since there are many people setting in pending.

As per our discussion in call we are waiting for list of 677 employees that are not moved from Benadmin to Exchange platform. Once we received this list Today (01/20/2017 IST), we will corrected these impacted employees before Monday morning(01/23/2017) PST.

Regarding JIRA ticket WORKTERRA WT-7750 for Five Guys. Five Guys: Pending EOI approved amounts not updated in exchange platform. They said there were too many records in the file I sent them. Dev confirmed they are not able to proceed with this ticket because they need a report that shows the pending EOI approved amounts/records that need to be fixed in Five Guys 2017 site. Could I ask for your help to forward this report to Avnish? He said upon receipt of this report it will take one day to fix. Thanks.
