Step -
1.Login to application
2.Navigate to BenAdmin > ACA > ACA Customization > ACA 1094C Parameters
3.Select report - "1094C 13Jan17 317"
4.Click on "Part IV Other ALE Members of Aggregated ALE Group" arrow , it open "List of ALE Members."
5.Click on "Add New" button
6.Enter valid company name and enter only 8 digit in EIN
7.Click outside
8.Now click on company name
Actual- It did not clear the alert message
Expected - it should clear the alert message.

Validation message again displayed as it is.

Its working fine.
Validation message got cleared.

Concern - Alert message did not get clear after clicked on company name
Cause - Due to model validation used on the form the validations do not get clear as the ajax request is used to fetch data for existing data.
Correction - Not done yet
Note - This is an generic issue which already exists in the project.
