New Candidate, while applying to Job, does registration first and then do login. After login, he has to go through the workflow again. Here, when he completes the workflow and reach the dashboard, it reflects on Manage Candidate Screen. The status becomes 'Screening' from 'Candidate Workflow Incomplete' and admin can schedule interview.
But, In candidate login, on My Job application Status widget, the status still showing 'Candidate Workflow Incomplete'.

Concern: Recruit >> In My Job application Status widget, Status remains 'Candidate Workflow Incomplete'
Cause: Since the workflow steps are customizable, isRequired Flag of each step changes accordingly. In this company,Screening was not selected as a workflow step.So screening status was not seen in My Job application Status widget.
Correction: We have added one more workflow step namely "Candidate workflow completed". Status will be set to this step once the workflow is completed, irrespective of other workflow step.

Verified on LB using company City of lake worth. No to able to perform certain scenario because registered candidate is not able to login. JIRA WT-8318 is open for the issue.
Other observations :
1. If a candidate apply for a job and after this, 'screening' step removed by Admin, then in 'My Job Application Status', no record is displayed.
2. If a candidate apply for second job while 'screening' step removed by Admin, then two jobs with different statuses 'Screening' and 'Candidate work flow completed' are displayed PFA screen shot
As per discussion with Hrishikesh, marking this JIRA onhold since testing is blocked due to WT-8318.
