Qualifying event Generated through Event Builder is not end Event when Window Period of Event Is Completed.
It showing only Qualifying Event as Effective date of Employee and Because of this employee can not add add child after that Effective date even when Employee raised New QE with New Effective still it consider Event builder QE Date.

Hi Rashmita Dudhe,
This is not only related to event builder.Please find below 3C's,
Concern:Wrong effective date is getting populated in case QE.
Cause: Due to upload document flag,it is calculating wrong effective date.
Correction:We have corrected the condition.Please verify it on stage as changes are already on LB .and stage. So that we will commit changes on production.

1]Qualifying Event With Upload document Flag yes
2]Qualifying Event With Upload document Flag No
3]Qualifying Event Generated By Event Builder
4] Qualifying Event Generated By Event Builder Effective date 01/01/2017 And New Qualifying Event with Effective date 01/17/2017 So it will consider Less qualifying Event.
5]If We delete 1st Qualifying Event Then It will consider effective date as second Qualifying Event.
It is working Fine as Expected.
Verified on Stage Environment Consider Below scenarios:
1]Qualifying Event With Upload document Flag yes
2]Qualifying Event With Upload document Flag No
3]Qualifying Event Generated By Event Builder
4] Qualifying Event Generated By Event Builder Effective date 01/01/2017 And New Qualifying Event with Effective date 01/17/2017 So it will consider Less qualifying Event.

It is working Fine as Expected.
