Event builder:Qualifying Event Effective date is not End after ending its window Period

Qualifying event Generated through Event Builder is not end Event when Window Period of Event Is Completed.
It showing only Qualifying Event as Effective date of Employee and Because of this employee can not add add child after that Effective date even when Employee raised New QE with New Effective still it consider Event builder QE Date.
