As per discussion with EDS team, Effective Date is getting displayed twice on Pending due to changes done for this enhancement.
So reopen the issue.

Impacted Areas:
Employee Effective Date and Emergency contact Effective Date should present Select Employee Fields section of Standard Report and Dynamic Report (except Commission Details, Fee Details).

Last Login Date should not present in Select Employee Fields section of Standard Report and Dynamic Report .it only present in System Utilization report in System Utilization

Also verify Effective Date is not getting displayed twice on Pending Queue

Files effected:
/Database Objects/MasterCompanyDB/04_Stored Procedures/dbo.OES_SP_Get_EmployeeFieldsForReports.StoredProcedure.sql

Tested below scenarios:
Standard Reports
Dynamic Reports
Pending Queue

I have tested the Invoice Management part on LB and observed that the changes have been done and also working as expected. I verified this on Invoice as well as the file export from invoice.
