Hi,

We have verified this issue on Stage on LONG for HSPL
As per observations in Preboard tours->tour steps there is only I9-Verification form but when logged in with employee credentials there are 2 menus: I-9 verification and W4 form.
And after completing I-9 verification and W4 form traverse, on click of finish its again displaying w4 form.
Please refer attached screen shot.

Please also verify the issue on "Long" in stage as the issue is that they land on the wrong page AND the new hire is not taken through the correct legal pages.

I have checked and fixed issue on Long For HSPL. It was not able to navigate in tour pages because of some xml related problem. I have just saved Pre-Board Tour and it is working.
Please verify this issue at your side on Long for HSPL as well as on main company also.

We have verified the fix on Stage for "Long for HSPL" as well as "LONG" company. Test employee has successfully completed all Onboarding Tours and landed on 'Landing Page' page.

We have fixed this issue.
Below are 3Cs :

Concern : In benadmin tunnel, Legal agreement pages are not skipped .
Also, after landing page, 19th page is displayed . In between pages are skipped.
Cause : After tours completion, last visited url was not reset due to which, agreement pages are skipped and few pages got skipped after landing page.
Correction : We have reset Last visited URL. We will deploy this patch tomorrow morning to LB and will update stage deployment date.

Hello Swapnil Pandhare,

The Onboard tour now flows into the BenAdmin tunnel and allows for the first 3 pages to be completed however it now reverts back to Onboard and forces new signatures which updates forms. I attempted to go through the process in its entirety however it stopped me on one page and did not allow me to move forward or use the side bar to select another page.

Hello Niteen Surwase,

Upon testing I found that BenAdmin pages 1,2, and 3 are now in order. However, after completing page 3, all of the Onboard forms are required for the password signature to be re-entered on every Onboard form prior to seeing any BenAdmin forms. Is it possible that the fix from WT-7399, adding the forms to the tunnel, has caused this issue? Please correct so that the employee does not have to see or re-sign any Onboard forms in the BenAdmin tunnel.

Now, you are saying to hide onboard forms from employee BenAdmin tunnel. This is another change request and we have taken this change request on priority and will be completing by 9 Feb 2017.
Please let us know if this is fine and this will be last open item .
Should we create another JIRA for this with description => " Hide forms in Benadmin tunnel that appeared in onboard tours"

Originally the Onboard pages were not an issue however as this error was resolved somehow it created this additional issue. It is all tied to the incorrect page landing and page order. None of the Onboard forms should be part of the BenAdmin tunnel.

Swapnil Pandhare - "Hide onboard forms from BA tunnel" is NOT a change request because "show onboard forms in BA tunnel" was never a requirement. This behavior has started showing up while this fix is being tested, hence please treat it as part of this ticket only.

Please treat this as urgent as the Onboarding customer sign-off is blocked due to this problem.

(On another note - this should not be confused with WT-7399. It was about access to all documents/ forms on the dashboard.)

As per our discussion in call today, we have removed onboard forms (forms that are added in onboard tours)
from Employee Data Screen page so that they won't occur in Benadmin tunnel. Also, enabled those forms from back end so that those are viewable in Menu after employee logs in. This is a temporary solution ( If you save Employee data screen, these changes will be overwritten.)

We are working on permanent solution for this and will be completed by 9th Feb.

Thank you. I have tested and the forms do not appear in the BenAdmin tunnel.

We do have an additional issue now with this patch. The employee cannot print the form. Since this is a temporary fix, this should be ok. Please make sure when the permanent fix is implemented, the employee has the ability to print. Also, there is an extra form showing on the menu under "Additional Forms" that should not be there. It is not part of the tour. Please remove "Test Form-Jim".

1) There is no impact of fix on print functionality. Please recheck if "Is Print Required" setting is done on form. Also, please let us know, which form you are not able to print?

When logged in as the employee, the employee does not have the ability to print the form. All forms are marked with the ability to print. None of them have the option to print at this time.

Unfortunately, I am unable to test. I will not be able to determine if I am seeing the patch or if it is fixed. The original patch that was applied, was it applied only to Long or the entire module? If only for Long, then I can test in another company.

Hi Veronica Blanco,
To verify that the employee can view the completed forms you can perform below steps :
1. Add a new hire employee. (You can get this deleted after your testing)
2. Complete all the tours. Fill all the forms.
3. In Employee login, in onboard module >> main menu >> employee, you can see all the onboard forms filled by employee. In Benadmin module >> main menu >> Additional forms, you can see all the additional forms filled by employee.
Similarly, you can verify the same while managing the employee in Partner/Admin login.
