User access Policy - Select / Deselect menus are not save properly

      Description

      Deselect menus like as Help, Dependent, Employee Administration etc. and save the user access policy.
      Again open the same policy then menus are selected.

            Tested on LB.

            Now, Selected and Deselected menus are saved properly.

            Found another issue and created jira ticket - WT - 826.

            Rest are working Fine.
