When we Navigate UploadResume page through Tour Builder --> Prview Tour, We are not able see the page and get Unauthorized Access error for Company Admin login.

Hi Niteen Surwase,
We have verified the fix on Local (wt-stage) environment, issue is still reproducible.
Steps: Login to the application as a admin user>Click on Tour Builder tile. Unauthorized Access error is displaying. Refer below screenshot for more details.

We have verified the issue on local (wt-stage) again, it is still reproducible in some scenarios:
Steps:
1] Login as a company admin.
2] Navigate to Tour Builder.
3] Configure tour steps like (W4 From and then UploadResume page).
4] Navigate to Preview Tour.
Actual Result:
Unauthorized Access error is get display.

We have verified access to different steps of tour builder using company admin login. We have verified UploadResume, I9, W4 and other static forms as well. The access error is not displaying for Company Admin now. We can deploy fix to Stage.

Concern: Unauthorized Access error for UploadResume page at Admin login
Cause: UploadResume page is not accessible to Company Admin (Entry was not in table)
Correction: Made UploadResume page entry for company Admin to access page at admin level
