City of Denton error on 1095 reports

Hi all - please see below and advise. thanks.

I am trying to finalize the 1094C
report in stage for City of Denton, but I am getting this message below.
I received a successful message when I finalized the 1095C report, so not sure
why I am getting this message.  Can Dev please take a look at this asap,
so the client can test.

Also, can Dev please unhide the
1095C employee reporting feature found in the employee home page menu in the
left panel in stage and prod so the client can test it.

I followed these steps that Jenny

Similarly Process to finalize 1094-C report is as follows.

1.Create 1095-C report and SAVE & PREVIEW report.
2.Click on Finalize button.
3.ACA Report Finalization screen will open.
4.Check the required RUN of 1095-C report.
5.Click on SAVE button.
6.Create 1094-C report by selecting desired 1095-C report
7.Click on SAVE & PREVIEW report.

8.Click on Finalize button.
9.ACA Report Finalization screen will open.
10.Check the required RUN of 1094-C report. 

11.Click on SAVE.
