Onboard - Form Name Error

Hello,

When adding a new form to a new company, I receive an error when trying to name the document the same name as a document in a different company.

Example:
I created a new form in SPG and tried naming it Direct Deposit Form. I received an error saying there is already a form with that name when there is not. There is a form in Long Onboard with that name but not in SPG.
