Candidate profile changes needed in stage

1. Under 05 tab - Can we put a system message on this page requesting the applicant fills out last 10 years of job history?

2.Under 05 - Please remove Payment Frequency

3. Next to Refer to other opportunity? Please add a fillable field where a manager can recommend another position
on inter evaluation-form

4.Under 04 - Work Authorization needs to be mandatory

5.Under 03 - Mandatory fields for Steet Address 1, City, State and Zip Code

6.Under 03 - when we select USA or any other country we get an error message - stage.workterra.net says: error - Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs

7.Under 07 - Certification needs to be a fillable form instead of a drop down.

8.We need to remove all fields for DOB and Social Security Number from anywhere on the application for legal reasons. No where in recruit should that information be provided
