Hi Jennifer Leugers,
27 employees are having 1G code. Some of them are terminated in 2015 and some of them are Parttime employees.
These employees are getting 1G code because
Cisper Joseph ---- Part time employee and enrolled in self plan
Kirsten P Allen ---- Part time employee and enrolled in self plan
James M Kaczmarek ---- Part time employee and enrolled in self plan

In analysis report, excel filters can be applied to ACA 1095C Codes sheet to get following count details.
Total EE Count:Month-wise count of EE's who are employed for the whole month and Line 16 code does not contain 2E and 2A.
EE Count with Offer to Dependents: Month-wise count of EE's who are employed for the whole month and Line 16 code does not contain 2E,2A and 2D and Line 14 contains 1A,1E,1K and 1C as these codes represent offer to EE and dependents.
FTE Count: Month-wise count of EE's who are employed for the whole month and Line 16 code does not contain 2E,2A and 2D
Action required: Apply FTE Count Filter for specific month and then select for line 14 code as 1H so these employees need to be provide the coverage to achiever the MEC Criteria. So the result should be less than 5 % of total FTE count. Please correct codes for some employees having 1H codes and reduce the percentage less than 5 %.
So it will achieve MEC Criteria.

Hi all - client would like to know why January is Yes and the rest of the months are No on their 1094C as well as why Active employees are showing as 1G (examples Allen, Cisper, Kaczmarek, Schilling and others).
