For KPMC, why is column C under Section III blank on the 1094?

As per IRS, If the ALE Member certified that it was eligible for the 98% Offer Method by selecting box D, on line 22, it is not required to complete column (b).
Refer -

On line 22 of KPMC 1094C the Box D.98% Offer Method is checked, hence column(b) Section 4980H Full-Time Employee Count for ALE Member is blank.

Hi all - the IRS submission for KPAG Town Center is giving an error file on the IRS submission but when I download it, it is blank.

We have generated the valid file which is available for download.
The issue was with the Contact Last Name for 1094C which was greater than 20 and was causing file to be invalid. After our new changes to truncate the length which is greater than specified by IRS, this issue have been resolved.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

Once the transmission files are transmitted to IRS, it will not be deleted as may needed in future reference.

All - the error file that was attached to South Atlanta Investments is actually the error file for Nissan of South Atlanta. The run needs to be deleted from South Atlanta Investments so I can run their XML file. I originally ran their file but there were internal errors that need to be corrected so nothing has been transmitted for this group to the IRS.

As per your request, we deleted the irs submission run which has been updated the wrong error file.
& re-generated the valid xml files.
