Hi all - I cannot find what I need to do for the new 1094C for LHP (NY Physicians). Please see screenshot but when I go to that tab, I don't see what I need to do.

If this issue can get handled by QA side . please prefer.

We have done the customization and RUN the 1094C for LHP NJ Physicians..
Steps to achieve this for any company are as follows.

1.Login to Production
2.Edit company say "LHP"
3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> ACA Customization >>
ACA 1094C Parameters
4.Click on Part III ALE Member Information
5.Check Aggregated Group Indicator .
6.Click on SAVE.
7.RUN 1094-C report

Please truncate Spouse Lariz Quennie Dagohoy Zaldivar's last name on the LHP Montclair IRS XML so we can submit. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

We have Rerun IRS submission for Montclair on LHP.
Now Valid files are generated for this submission.
We have deployed change request Jira WT-8850 on production "Change in XSLT for Truncate last, address and city (Form Type B & C,Manifest)"
Due to this fix there will no such issues for Truncating length will not occure.
