ACA - US Shale - ACA Setup details

We have received EIN for J4 Fluid Services. But to setup ACA for other classes of US Shale we need below details in attached US Shale ACATool Configuration.xls excel.

1] EIN for each class
2] Contact details for each EIN
3] Which medical plans are ACA, Minimum Essential Coverage, Self Insured, Safe Harbor, Is Plan Minimum Value
4] Which Salary need to Consider W2 Wages

Attached US Shale Employee Census.xls excel has employees with employee type as full time or blank. Employees with employee type blank will be considered as Full Time employee.
Let us know if we need to change any of the employee Type in workterra from attached excel.
