Hi Jennifer Leugers ,
Issue WT-9019 is fixed and deployed on production.
We have Rerun "2016 1095c for Ritter" and observed 90 records in corrected 1095-C report.
PFA screen shot for additional information. 
Similarly we have rerun "Ritter 1094C" report and IRS submission "IRS Submission for Ritter".

Hi all - I think I'm having the same problem with US Shale (Ritter) that we had with El Camino. When I run the corrections, the # of forms is higher than the original run.
