Hi all - could you look into the 1095C report I ran for Stanislaus under FDAC? The forms are showing 1H and 2C which I don't even know how that is possible.

Please look into this and let me know any insights are needed for data.

We have observed that Process Employee Eligibility Data flag was unchecked for RUN dated on 2/16/2017 11:40:33 AM.We have RERUN the "Stanislaus 1095C forms for 2016" reports by checking Process Employee Eligibility Data.

You can download latest RUN. Now Invalid code combination i.e 1H-2C is not appearing on 1095-C report.

We have verified few employees and observed that gross annual salary of employees is 0.
Hence Line 16 code for these employees is blank. PFA screen shot for additional information.
