Without knowing an error we can't do anything as the file is found valid. So please let us know the actual error for resolution the issue.
There is no way to generate the replacement file without Receipt ID.
In case of you didn't receive the Receipt ID, that may be issue with the IRS portal. So here I would suggest you to please re-submit the same original files on IRS portal. and let us know with error details if you still get an error.
