IRS submissions for Linium West, Linium SOS and Linium Staffing are showing with errors but the error forms are blank. Please advise.

Hi all - the file for C&C is rejecting and the client is stating the real name of the EIN is C & C Computer Solutions, Inc.

How do we go about submitting since special characters aren't allowed?

Manually modified Businessname using escaped character like C & C & generated the replacement file.
Let us know the status after submitting this transmission file. If it success we will implement this change for future year.

We have done the correction in the xml file as per irs reported error.Please re-download the files from this run & submit to the irs portal.
