Prime - Full file for Jan 17 and change file Feb 17 onwards

      Description

      We need one change to happen on the January 2017 file that is due on February 10th,2017 for both the Employee and the Dependent file.

      On the Employee file Column I “ Benefits Effective date” should be all employees for the month of January 2017. On all other months we should see only the changes made with that month

      So on March 10th, 2017 when you send us the February 2017 file the only thing that should be on that file are any changes that happened between the January file and the February file. As of

      today the file you are sending has all data for all months every month and when it is sent to the IRS it creates duplicate which in turn create a problem with our ACA reporting.

      We have the same issue for the employee dependent file on Column F with the exact same scenario.

      Please advise on what it will take to get the programmer to correct this,

            Hello Smita Pawar,

            Prime does see an issue with Column G of the January and February reporting. This Column should always be EDS as that is what we always offer the employee “family coverage”. This was to be hard coded on the back end in the Workterra system as approx. 1 year ago per the specifications given to Jennifer Leugers. This change needs to be made for all facilities going forward.

            We had a call with the client and wanted to verify that the following items are addressed:

            1. Prime advised that Column G should always be "EDS" as that is what Prime always offer the employee with “family coverage”. This was to be hard coded on the back end in the Workterra system as approx. 1 year ago. Please make sure it is re-coded for all 2017 reporting.

            2. Please review to ensure that all Medical plans for all Prime facilities are flagged for ACA.

            3. What FEIN number is attached on the back end to Summit Surgery Center?

            4. What FEIN number is attached on the back end to Reno Tahoe Anesthesiology?

            5. After the January 2017 report is updated and complete, is Dev able to run changes only reports? Please advise.

            Please research and advise on the above questions at your earliest convenience.

            In the interim, we are working with the Prime facilities to confirm that all employees with nothing listed under Medical (WT-9121 - completed) need to have Waive added under the medical option. Once this has been completed, we will re-run January and February reporting.
