Onboard - Add a flag onto Add Employee page that allows eligibility for Crossboard and other Onboard tours

      Description

      Please add to the Add Employee page a yes or no field with the label "Onboard Forms Complete". Default answer should be no.

      When an employee completes the Onboard tours in WORKTERRA, the flag should change to yes automatically.

      A yes answer should open eligibility that allows employees to complete the Crossboard and Offboard tour.
