7/17/17 - Haven't heard back from Lori Miller at Health Efx, but found out today she won't be back until 7/24. I have left vm for her backup regarding the two ACA files post last Friday:

Need confirmation if files were received and loaded.
5/12/17 - the scheduler is now working as expected and new april file was received and loaded. Carrier had just confirmed this today.
4/12/17 - I have sent a non PGP test file "TEST_WackerNeuson_dependents_201703.txt" from the ACA dependent template. Carrier confirmed test file was received and view-able. They agreed to allow the files to be sent without PGP encryption as long as it's via SFTP. I have removed PGP from all 3 templates and are set to send with SFTP method. Will need Developers to confirm that after all the testing and changes made to the templates, that the automation can still pull previous months data to send before closing JIRA ticket.
3/13/17 - Client requested for Feb 2017 files because it was due on 3/10/17. Exported following files....
1.WackerNeuson_benefits_201702.txt
2.WackerNeuson_dependents_201702.txt
3.WackerNeuson_cobra_retiree_201702.txt

3/9/17 - Client is requesting for files to be automated to the carrier, but would like to first audit before sending to the carrier. I have reached out to the carrier, Lori Miller lori.miller@healthefx.us, to gather more info. Carrier said she will provide us details regarding their file loading process next week.

Can you please run the files out tonight for the Health Efx Benefit File for 01/01/2017 thru 01/31/2017. These are due to Phoenix at BSG for review tomorrow 02/09/2017.
Alex Nguyen Can you please assist in getting the files to Michelle Parker or Debbie Kulling to forward to Phoenix at BSG.

I see the medical waive applied to the Julius Jenkins now and will wait until tomorrow to see if she and Szpiszar are on the 9/7 file before closing the ticket.

I verified both Julius Jenkins and Jay Szpiszar are on today's ACA file as waived along with 1 other record, Laura Plautz.
Ran add/change/term shows total of 4 medical waived. Out of the 4 there's 1 waived by Venkatasailendra Pinnamaneni effective 9/1/17 and will be on the next ACA file (10/7/17).

Our account exec, Michelle Parker, already checked with Becky at BSG who confirmed Julius Jenkins needs to be waived. Please apply the waive and confirm which next file they will go on. Client needs to know for tracking purposes.
