Carrier confirmed receipt of file and was loaded.
7/17/17 - Haven't heard back from Lori Miller at Health Efx, but found out today she won't be back until 7/24. I have left vm for her backup regarding the two ACA files post last Friday:

Direct: 612.844.0156 Ext. 1063 | Mobile: 612.275.3071 | Main: 888.963.9174
Need confirmation if files were received and loaded.
5/12/17 - the scheduler is now working as expected and new april file was received and loaded. Carrier had just confirmed this today.
4/12/17 - I have sent a non PGP test file "TEST_WackerNeuson_dependents_201703.txt" from the ACA dependent template. Carrier confirmed test file was received and view-able. They agreed to allow the files to be sent without PGP encryption as long as it's via SFTP. I have removed PGP from all 3 templates and are set to send with SFTP method. Will need Developers to confirm that after all the testing and changes made to the templates, that the automation can still pull previous months data to send before closing JIRA ticket.
3/13/17 - Client requested for Feb 2017 files because it was due on 3/10/17. Exported following files....
1.WackerNeuson_benefits_201702.txt
2.WackerNeuson_dependents_201702.txt
3.WackerNeuson_cobra_retiree_201702.txt
Forwarded to Michelle Parker.
3/9/17 - Client is requesting for files to be automated to the carrier, but would like to first audit before sending to the carrier. I have reached out to the carrier, Lori Miller lori.miller@healthefx.us, to gather more info. Carrier said she will provide us details regarding their file loading process next week.
Hi,
Per your request I have created a new ticket for the ACA file exports
Can you please run the files out tonight for the Health Efx Benefit File for 01/01/2017 thru 01/31/2017. These are due to Phoenix at BSG for review tomorrow 02/09/2017.
Alex Nguyen Can you please assist in getting the files to Michelle Parker or Debbie Kulling to forward to Phoenix at BSG.
Thanks!

Hi Michelle Parker,
Can you please confirm that you were able to get the January files from Alex to BSG for their review.

The files were sent to Monica P's (BSG) attention using their secure email on Friday, 02/10/2017.
There are still 3 waivers missing from the file. Please see screen shot.
Client is working with carrier. We need to provide a solution to client for missing waivers on the file.
Hi Smita Pawar,
There is a problem with the COBRA/Retiree file not sending Jacqueline Gonzales. She was in COBRA status throughout the month of Jan 2017. The client went in on 2/1/17 and changed her status from COBRA to Terminated effective 2/1/17. I exported the file using date range 1/1/17 - 1/31/17, but she wasn't on it. I have tried cloning the file, verified no run dates, and also set to send term once. Problem persist. It seems like the template is looking at current employee status instead of the date range of the event. Can you take a look at template WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits Cobra and Retired?
Thank you,
Alex
Hi Alex Nguyen,
Currently due to 1095-C reports support task we couldn't work on this Jira.
We will update you tomorrow [March 02, 2017].
Thanks,
Smita
HI Alex Nguyen,
We have checked below mentioned employees
Graig A LaCroix
Alexander B Hagen
Samuel J Pelaez
and observed that file was sent before actual waiving of benefits occurred in Workterra.
PFA screen shot for actual waived benefits dates. We have sent files on 10 Feb 2017.
So these employees are not on file.
Similarly
We have verified employee Jacqueline Gonzales.
According to natural/existing behavior of Export, workterra system will consider current status
of an employee. As employee's current status is Terminated, it will not come on file.
Let us know, if you need any additional information.
Thanks,
Smita

Thank you Smita Pawar for the explanation of those records. They've been forwarded to client by our Account Exec.
Alex
Alex Nguyen do we have an update on where the process stands at Automating the files?
Michelle Parker the carrier should provide us the detail process this week. I contacted Lori Miller lori.miller@healthefx.us last week, and she should be in the office this week. I'll let you know once I receive any updates from her.
Carrier provided detail process and will setup sFTP credentials. They confirmed that ACA files are due by the 7th of each month and will trigger the load (from temp table to database table) if all files such as aca, payroll, hsi, and loa are received. Will need client to confirm what date to receive the ACA files for auditing, before we send file to carrier.
Alex
Hi Alex Nguyen,
As these files are already automated, you can setup FTP for scheduling files.
Please let us know if you need any additional information.
Thanks
FYI Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,Sachin Hingole,Revansiddha Gaur,Kumar Chhajed
Hi Smita Pawar,
The carrier has provided the sFTP credentials. Our client has confirmed to send the files on the 7th of each month. I have scheduled the following files to go monthly on the 7th starting 4/7/17:
WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits = 5:15am pst
WNC HealthEfx - ACA Dependent = 5:20am pst
WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits Cobra and Retired = 5:25am pst
My concern is on April 7th, the templates will know to send March 2017 data to the carrier? Are the templates already setup to automatically pull previous month data? Under the 'template delivery settings' tab, there's no option for this. During the time we were exporting the data manually to the client/carrier, they were exported using the data range (From Date - To Date) under the manual import/export page.
Alex
Hi Alex Nguyen,
Thanks for scheduling ACA files for Wacker Neuson Corporation.
Workterra system will automatically fetch last month's data and send file to carrier on 7th of every month. These changes already implemented in system.
Let us know if you need any additional information.
Thanks,
Smita

Thank you Smita Pawar for the response. I will inform our AE and client.

Files have been scheduled.
HI Alex Nguyen,
We have checked below templates.
- WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits
- WNC HealthEfx - ACA Dependent
- WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits Cobra and Retired
The PGP key apply for this templates is not working,it seems there is problem with PGP key, if possible please use another PGP key and also we tried connect to SFTP from FileZila but its not connected to give host. Please find attached snap.
Please let us know if you need any details.

Hello Ganesh Sadawarte,
The carrier is adding additional IP to the whitelist and said it's okay to send them test files. Once that is completed, we can begin testing with sending PGP/test files over via WT. We'll need to include the word "TEST" in the file name before sending. Not sure why it's not working remotely, but at the office another EDI analyst was able to connect through FileZilla and posted the encrypted files manually for me.
I'm also getting the same error as from the snapshot you provided. This is happening remotely, but I will continue working with the carrier to test the file transmission via WT.
Thank you,
Alex
Ganesh Sadawarte and Smita Pawar, I have asked the carrier to setup a new PGP key for us and if possible a different version such as GnuPG instead of BCPG. The PGP that isn't working in WT is version BCPG C# v1.7.4114.6375. I've tested this today on template WNC HealthEfx - ACA Dependent > file name TEST_WackerNeuson_dependents_yyyymm.txt and it's still failing with the same error "PGP Encryption failed".
Will reattempt once a new key is provided.
Alex
Hello Ganesh Sadawarte and Smita Pawar,
Here is response from carrier regarding the PGP key and is not possible to setup a new key:
I have heard back from the Technical team. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set up a new key. We use one PGP key per client, which is also used by other vendors that send files for the client. The key is built into our instance for consuming and protecting all client files. Can you tell me what software you are using? I can get a technical resource assigned to see if we have experience working with the system you are working with.
Hi Jaideep
please respond to question from Alex. re-opening ticket to respond to queries.
Thanks
Vijay
Hi Alex Nguyen,
To encrypt or decrypt we use PGPLibrary.dll. Version is 1.0.0.1.
We do not know about BCPG or GnuPGP. Additional dependency of the PGP are,
Interop.Nsdpgp3Lib.dll 1.0
PGPsdk.dll 3.7
To check keys or encrypt /decrpypt manually, we have PGP desktop 9.10 application
Thank you for providing me the version. I will forward to the carrier to see if there's anything else can be done on their end. We're trying to set this file up for automation and because of the pgp issue, I was sending them over manually.
Alex
Hi Smita Pawar and Jaideep Vinchurkar,
I just finished testing with carrier. They are okay with us sending them as non encrypted. I have already updated the 3 templates delivery settings. There were testing and changes made to the templates, but I want to make sure the scheduler can still pull previous month's data to send.
Can you confirm there's no issues found on the backend? The next file is scheduled to send on 5/7/17.
Thank you,
Alex
Hi Alex Nguyen,
We have scheduled this testing on Monday 17 April 2017.
Please confirm whether client is informed that there will be test files on their SFTP.
Thanks,
Smita
FYI Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar, Sachin Hingole,Revansiddha Gaur,Kumar Chhajed
Hi Smita Pawar,
We already completed the testing yesterday. A test file was sent successfully from the template "
WNC HealthEfx - ACA Dependent" to the carrier without PGP encryption, and they already confirmed it was received without any issues. Are you testing the scheduler? If so, please add the word "TEST" before the filename for each files that you are sending on this coming Monday, and I will let the carrier know.
Thanks,
Alex
Hi Alex Nguyen,
We are rescheduling this testing on April 19, 2017 due to other other ACA task.
We will add the word "TEST" before the filename for each files which we will send.
I will update you the testing status.
Thanks,
Smita
Thanks Smita Pawar. I have informed carrier there will be 3 test files coming to them tomorrow.
Hi Alex Nguyen,
We have completed scheduler testing without PGP Encryption on on Production company [Wacker Neuson Corporation For HSPL]. We have received following notification for all 3 templates.
1.Export File Upload Notification
2.Export File Notification
3.File Upload Error Notification
Could you please confirm whether below mentioned files are uploaded successfully or not.
1.Test_WackerNeuson_benefits_201703.txt
2.Test_WackerNeuson_dependents_201703.txt
3.Test_WackerNeuson_cobra_retiree_201703.txt
Note: Sending notifications in seperate mail.
Thanks,
Smita
FYI Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,Sachin Hingole,Revansiddha Gaur,Kumar Chhajed
Hi Smita Pawar,
Carrier said they never received the 3 test files you sent. The export notification you provided me appears to be related to failure:
File Upload for file using WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits template for Wacker Neuson Corporation For HSPL failed to complete on following Address(es).
SFTP URL: 52.2.140.68, Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
I will provide them a list of ip addresses again to whitelist. It sounds like we're being blocked.
Thank you,
Alex
Smita Pawar I have forwarded a list of our IP addresses belonging to production, stage, and development for them to whitelist. Once they are done, I will let you know to resend the test files.
Thank you,
Alex
Hi Smita Pawar,
The carrier confirmed all IP addresses have been whitelisted. Can you retry sending the test files?
Thanks,
Alex
Hi @Alex,

Hi Alex,
We have tested scheduler service for "Test WNC HealthEfx ACA Benefits" export feed.
We received same emails as last time.Sending received email notifications in separate files.
Due to other other ACA task, we won't be able to test for rest 2 feeds.
1.Test_WackerNeuson_dependents_201703.txt
2.Test_WackerNeuson_cobra_retiree_201703.txt

Could you check same at your end and inform us.
Thanks,
Smita

Hi Smita Pawar,
When I did a manual export in WORKTERRA from your template "Test WNC HealthEfx ACA Benefits", it sent successfully with the following email notification message. There wasn't any errors:
Dear User, Please check following Address for exported file Test_WackerNeuson_benefits_201703.txt of Test WNC HealthEfx ACA Benefits for Wacker Neuson Corporation.
SFTP URL: 52.2.140.68.
When I did a schedule, it failed to send with the same error you were getting. Is there another IP address that I need to forward to the carrier to whitelist for the scheduler to work? It seems to only fail during the schedule. So far the IP addresses that are now whitelisted are stage, production, and development:
208.39.80.30
12.156.230.170
115.111.61.164
12.156.230.162
I was told another IP to whitelist is 68.121.160.3, but wanted to check with you first before I ask them to add more to their list. Please advise.
Thank you,
Alex
cc: Vinayak Kulkarni
Hi @Alex,
We have confirmed same with our EDI development team.
Below mentioned is production server's public ip address which needs to be white list for same.
208.39.73.240
Let us know, if you need any additional information.
Thanks,
Smita
FYI Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,Sachin Hingole,Vinayak Kulkarni
Thank you Smita Pawar. I have asked them to whitelist it and will send another test from the scheduler.
Alex
Smita Pawar, carrier has confirmed the IP is now whitelisted. I scheduled the template and it was able to export automatically to the carrier and stored in the /benefits folder with successful notification message: Dear User, Please check following Address for exported file Test_WackerNeuson_benefits_201704.txt of Test WNC HealthEfx ACA Benefits for Wacker Neuson Corporation.
SFTP URL: 52.2.140.68.
I feel confident this is now fixed. The templates are already scheduled each month on day 7 as follow:
WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits = 5:15am pst
WNC HealthEfx - ACA Dependent = 5:20am pst
WNC HealthEfx - ACA Benefits Cobra and Retired = 5:25am pst
After whitelisting the IP, it is now exporting without any error from the scheduler. Carrier already confirmed they loaded the March files that I sent on 4/7/17. On 5/7/17, the April file will be going to the carrier. I will follow up with carrier after 5/7/17 to make sure they are received and loaded before closing the ticket.
Thank you,
Alex
Hi Smita Pawar,
The carrier was able to receive the ACA full files via the scheduler, but below are issues found on the Benefits file, and they requested us to resend it after getting them corrected. I also had a look at the April file and it's only showing 6 waived, but where are the rest of the waived from previous months? If you look at March file, it had 97 waived and should have also rolled over to the April file.
Below are the issues and why we didn’t get the files to load automatically. Can you take a look at the benefits file and resend with corrections? Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you- Christi
Current Issue that needs to be addressed.
The client has very low ACA Waived numbers and low compliance.
The issue is they only sent us 6 EE's who waived in the benefits file for April (see below) Last month had 97.
To resolve we will require a new benefits file and the month will need to be reloaded.

The schedule files that went to Health Efx are missing the Waive records. There are 90 Waives that dropped from the May and June files. Can you please add these back to the files sent and provide new May and June files.
I have attached the ACA Check spreadsheet. ACA Check.xlsx
Those tagged as Missing on ACA file in the May ACA column seem to be the ones that dropped.
Are we not able to schedule this feed. Is there a process that you have to do before we post the files?

Need to add waives to May and June ACA files hat were exported on scheduler.
Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar and Revansiddha Gaur Please check that we are adding these waivers for last time and then WORKTERRA configuration needs to be changed to accommodate the waiver. The same way we did it for METSO.

Hi Alex Nguyen,
We have uploaded Wacker Neuson Corporation's new files for May & June's files.
Details of uploaded files are as follows.
URL: https://ftpsecure.ebsbenefits.com
Path: /users/workterraaca/BSG ACA/Wacker Neuson/07142017
Folder: WackerNeuson_benefits_May_June_FullFile.zip
CONCERN :
Waived employees were not reflected on the May and June File.
CAUSE :
We analysed that there are two templates on the company for same data export purpose one template for testing purpose and other for delivery purpose.
So when data is exported using test template that waive employees are marked as exported on the file and again exported the file using delivery template with same date range which
was used with test template , waived employees are not rolling out on the file because that are marked as already exported.
CORRECTION :
To overcome this issue we have updated the script as workaround until code fix completion , so that this issue will not be propagated again either by manual or scheduler exporting.
We have created the JIRA WT-10152 to fix this.
Let us know if you need any additional information.
Thanks,

Waives still not exporting on file.
Employees 9691-Levknecht and 9688 - Capaccio had waives created via Service Admin and these waives did not go on the ACA file that ran on 08/07/2017.
Employee 9705 -Szpiszar will need to be on August file in addition to any other waives since the 08/7/2017 file ran.
These record seem to have Service Admin adding their Retro Waive record when a change on the demographics page happens. Seems like the demographics is causing eligibility to run on the plan(s) and create the retro waive.
Can we add a manual waive to Julius Jenkins record if he is eligible.
Hello Cindy Wibbing
Waived records of Employees 9691-Levknecht and 9688 - Capaccio is exported on ACA file which ran through scheduler on 08/07/2017. Please check these employees with Socialsecurityno in ACA file of 08/07/2017.
Employee 9705 -Szpiszar employee will get export on August month file which will run on 09/07/2017.
Yes, We have waived employee Julius Jenkins manually on the HSPL copy of Wacker Neuson Corporation. Can you please verify this, once you approve will do it on main company.

I verified both Julius Jenkins and Jay Szpiszar are on today's ACA file as waived along with 1 other record, Laura Plautz.
Ran add/change/term shows total of 4 medical waived. Out of the 4 there's 1 waived by Venkatasailendra Pinnamaneni effective 9/1/17 and will be on the next ACA file (10/7/17).
Closing ticket.
