      Description

      • add a health type of age banded rate
      • try adding costs for employee / spouse / child in the sub rates

      even id you add costs for any member - message shown is Employee/Spouse cost updated successfully
      Please make it a generic message like - Member Costs updated successfully

      You can take advice from Amruta what message we should keep
