We have verified mentioned scenario on long For hspl company.
We changed the 'Supervisor Name' value by company admin login and value is saving properly.

If you are changing the field value by raising QE then that field must be selected in that QE then only changes will be reflected.

We are not able to reproduce this issue.Please verify at your end and convey to client for the same.

I created an Admin Jenni Test (Apple1234$) - If you log in and go to employee who is a new hire (David McGee) and try to change the supervisors name field, it will not save. Can you try with the login?

I checked the QE's and they are selected - This was happening with a New Hire Window.

This issue is getting reproduced Not able to save employee data on Employee management screen through admin login.
Crossed verified by 'Supervisor Name' value as default and also saved form on form Builder.

While testing this page i have found some more issue through partner login:

Please find below 3C's of the issue,
Concern:Not able to save supervisor name.

Cause: On employment page,there is Supervisor field. On long company,for company admin,no right is given to that field.While saving form ,it is checking for Supervisor field and throwing java script error.

Correction: Done with code fix and deployed on local environment.Our QA will let you the stage and production deployment date.

We are working on other issues mentioned by QA .We will created separate JIRA ticket for that and will linked to it.

The client is having this same issue with all fields in the Employee Management (i.e. Change Class and Change Status). Please correct in the same manner.

This issue is happneing again. The client entered employee Daniel Brown into Workterra as a Full time Temp for his Class but he needs to be an Intern. When he went back in as an admin, Workterra is would not allow him to save this change. When I go in as Partner, I can make the change. Jennifer Johnson

We have verified above issue related class change through admin login but it is not getting reproduced at out end we tried below scenarios:

1]Added Same admin like Jim Van Dyke
2]Change Class From Full time temp to Intern, Class changes properly.
3]Cross verified by changing other class but it is reflected as per change.
4]Cross verified on All browsers Like IE, Mozilla, Chrome.

Kindaly let us know if we missed something It will help us to reproduced issue.

When logged in as admin, Jim VanDyke is not able to save the class change. This continues to be an issue, despite you not being able to recreate. He is logged in as admin, going to the employee, choosing Employee Management/Change Class. When he makes the change, it will not save. I can make the change as Partner, but he cannot as Admin. We have verified this issue and it is not issue it is customization.There is one flag is implemented on add admin user page Show

Employees of selected class(es) combination only: Yes then we select all classes or combination which we want
Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only: No Non of classes.

when we verified mention admin Jim VanDyke we found one difference refer below screen shots

In above screen shots you can see Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only: No but all classes select which wrong customization. We have done changes for admin Jim VanDyke on Long company.

Kindly, Do the same changes for other admin admin user also.

As per current System implementation need to do follow below customization for admin user:

Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only: No
None of classes selected

Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only: Yes
we can select classes and combinations of classes

Changing the admin user settings did not help. The admin user is not able to save changes when changing any information. Please see above note concerning WT-8575. This issue has returned.

This issue is on Production only. Chaitali has made changes in function related to UK benefits(NF-8) and it is deployed till stage only.Because of her changes it is working fine till stage.

As we are not moving UK benefits changes to production.We need to do code changes directly in Production branch.

So please consider this JIRA in tomorrow's production patch.

Concern : Through Admin login Classes not change On IE 11 Browser. For Mozilla and chrome it is working fine

Cause : form.action attribute was not identified in IE 10 browser.

Correction : Modified the save function. Now it will allow user to save data in IE browser.

Impacted Areas: Manage Classes
