Ability to View/Report an employee termination date

      Description

      Please add a field in the system that will allow a user to view an employees termination date. The termination date should be viewable in the employee information pop up and in the data fields that can be pulled on reports.

      We cannot use the "status change date" because this field changes if the employees record is changed after termination.
