      Description

      In admin login, below issues observed during recruit flow on evaluation tab in Send Reminder popup :

      1. On Message RTF, Controls labels are not visible
      2. After sending mail once, the Subject and Message becomes un-editable but send button still active. Subject and Message should be editable if send button is active. This issue is produced after switching tabs.

      #1 is produced on IE11 and chrome.
      #2 is produced on IE11 .

          1) We already have JIRA for RTF box JIRA WT-6250.
          2) Controls are not getting disabled its just on IE to that specific version we are not able to edit as it hangs the screen.Not able to reproduce at my end on IE also.
