Onboard - Client Admin can sign for employees on forms when permission is set to view only

      Description

      Hello,

      We have found that Client Admins can sign as the employee, which they should not be allowed to do. Even if the rights are set to view only, Client Admin can still sign.

      Please correct the permissions. If signature is set to Admin view only, that they cannot sign.
