I was recently told that I should ask for Partner/Broker level access when requesting a new Demo. Can you please provide that as well.

We have started working on it.
Below things are done from our end -

1) Clone Stage company “Demo Site_Ryan” and create new company with name “Koneoranes”. – Done.
2) Update company Logo and Background image. - Done .
3) Create one Partner user – Done.
Below are partner details -
User ID - ryanc
Password - Password@1
4) Admin user is also created in this company -
Admin User ID - admink
Password - Password@1

Now as per your comment in JIRA you will also need to make changes to the carriers, plans, carrier logos, etc.
Using partner Login you can do this. or let us know Logo's or changes that needs to be done on plan so we can do same.

Also please verify Branding and theme by Admin Login and let us know if this is fine. If any changes are required in theme then let us know so we can make those changes.

Thanks Hrishikesh. I do need some help. I noticed that the company logo is not showing up. I changed the logo and saved it but it still does not show up. Also, I changed the background.

I also ran into this issue. When I am in logged in as an Admin and in BenAdmin and I click on an employee I get an error message when it loads the employees page. I sent a screen shot.

I also wanted to see if we can only show access to BenAdmin, OnBoarding, and Wellness. I do not want to show the Recruiting.

Refer below comments:

1] Company Logo - Please refer below screenshot for company logo displaying for admin login. We have just saved uploaded company logo image from Upload Image section. Please confirm you want to display this (below screenshot) company logo. The white space is displaying at the background of the logo image, in order to remove this white space we require source or vector file for image. So can you please share source or vector file of image so that we can remove the white space.

2] We have not received any server error by following the steps mentioned by you. (Refer below screenshot) Please let us know if you still experiencing same error.

3] We have unmapped the Recruit module, hence you can only see BenAdmin, Onboard and Wellness.

4] While navigating different links we have come across a issue WT-8831 linked to this ticket and Dev team is looking into this.

I like the white background for this demo. I am going to try to update the medical/dental/vision plans myself. If I mess up can you help me get those items corrected?

I am going to need help changing my plans and rates. I have attached a document that outlines their plans but here is the plans.

I need to change the medical plans from Blue Cross to United Healthcare and remove the Kaiser Health plan. I want the names of Blue Cross HMO plan to be changed to United Healthcare High Deductible Plan and the Blue Cross PPO plan to be changed to United Healthcare Medical Coverage. I want to have the logos changed to the United Healthcare logo.

I want to keep the dental provider as Delta but I only need one plan so remove the Delta Dental HMO.

I would like to change the Vision provider Blue Cross to EyeMed Vision Care.

I would also like the attached Benefit Summary to replace all of the other Benefits summaries/documents.
