Please find below details:

Code fix for this issue was deployed on 3/23/2017 on production.

But for EE 'Justin Lawless' enrollment was done on 3/20/2017.

We have scanned all employees and found only reported employee having this issue and corrected his enrollment and rate data.

Please look at Justin Lawless's enrollment record for Voluntary Short Term Disability

The same issue seems to be with this employee as that of Kelvin Garden and Sherry McKee.

Can you correct his data ?

Along with this, can you also scan over the company to find out all employee facing the same problem ? We can correct their data collectively.

Please update the details / queries to client needed for data correction.
