Hi all - could you please provide answers to the below?

When loading W2 Wages for 2015 1095C reporting, what effective date are you all recommending to use in the system?

Is there any W2 Wage changes we need to account for in the system (to create history) or are clients loading the calendar year-end W2 wages only?

What date does the Plan Start Date use to populate this field?

In the attached example, RCPS is advising that the plan start date is not correct because it doesn’t follow our hire rule, benefits start the first of the month after the date of hire. The employee was hired in August, benefits started in September, but the plan start date shows 08 instead of 09. (PII info was removed by the client).
