      Description

      In View History, for Plan, Rates & Credit Pool it refers old Eligibility tables.
      Need to make changes according to new Generic Eligibility.

      Please confirm all areas that needs this changes in view history.

            Tested this change on LB and observed that the in View History Plan,Rates,Credit Pool,Effective Date / Termination Date Rules and New Hire / Rehire Effective Date Rules refer to New Generic Eligibility. Displaying proper details on View History.

            This is good to be deployed on Stage.

            When we have implemented generic eligibility rule, view history changes were not in consideration as we are doing it in phases. Hence this is not a bug I have converted this to change requeset.
