Currently we are displaying Approved enrollments only we doesn't check for EOI pending records on billing summary reports.
If we suppress such records it will affect the volume of premiums and enrollment counts.

Can you please share your views on this?

If we are not pulling pending EOI records why does it show up in the enrollment count? The employee is pending with zero coverage but the report is still showing 1 person enrolled?

I need an update on this issue. Is it still be worked on.

Description:
With existing implementation there was no check available to pulling records on report even if enrollment having specific coverage (i.e. zero or non-zero) . Now we have added condition that only includes non-zero coverage enrollments on report.

Tested Scenarios:
1. Verified Life and Health benefit type records

We do not know, exact scenarios from where 0 coverage can come into system.
It will be helpful, if we get test scenarios for this enhancement before we push it to LB.

Keeping this JIRA On Hold.
We have verified scenario which the client has mentioned. We need test cases for this as we are not much aware from where 0 coverage can be set for an election.

Changing Dev Due Date to 4-Oct-2017. Hope that we get the test cases by 3-Oct-2017.
