With existing implementation there was no check available to pulling records on report even if enrollment having specific coverage (i.e. zero or non-zero) . Now we have added condition that only includes non-zero coverage enrollments on report.

Tested Scenarios:
1. Verified Life and Health benefit type records
2. Verified records with zero coverage and non-zero coverage.

Currently we are displaying Approved enrollments only we doesn't check for EOI pending records on billing summary reports.
If we suppress such records it will affect the volume of premiums and enrollment counts.
Can you please share your views on this?
