Can we suppress enrollment with zero coverage from pulling on the report?

      Description

      A report was run for Clarke. the 0-24 tier has 1 enrollment with zero coverage. I ran a report and there is only one person in that age band and her election is pending EOI so she has no Current coverage amount. Can we suppress these from pulling on the report?
