Validation message is getting retained and hence not allowing to save Plan Design Eligibility Rules page.

      Description

      Validation message is getting retained and hence not allowing to save Plan Design Eligibility Rules page.

      Replication Steps:
      1. Login as Admin
      2. Go to test company
      3. Go to Add/change Benefits Plan
      4. Select any Life plan
      5. Go to Plan Design Eligibility Rules tab.
      6. Change the drop down value of "Limit Available Coverage By Elected Amount In Contingent Plan" to Yes
      7. Click on Save button without putting any value
      8. Validation message gets displayed as "Neither of the Maximum Contingent Coverage Flat Amount, XTime Annual Compensation and Percentage fields should be blank or be 0 at a time."
      9. Again, change the drop down value of "Limit Available Coverage By Elected Amount In Contingent Plan" to No
      10. Try to Save the Page
      11. Validation message gets retained.

      This is an existing issue.
      Expected Result:
      Validation message should not get retained and user should be allowed to save Plan Design Eligibility Rules page.

            Please find below 3C's:

            Concern: Validation message is getting retained and hence not allowing to save Plan Design Eligibility Rules page.

            Cause: 1.Also on change of Limit Available Coverage By Elected Amount In Contingent Plan dropdown error message is not cleared.

            Correction: We have fixed code for same.

            Note: Below are some additional issue that we found during unit testing and also fixed:

            1. Wrong validation on Percentage of Annual Compensation field,it is not allowed to enter 100.
            2. Shows wrong validation message on Times Annual Compensation field.

            Please verify.

            Percentage of Annual Compensation field is allowing to enter value 100.
