When viewing Additional Forms under Employee Home, the admin can normally can click on each form and confirm signature and data. When doing that with this employee, there is no data or signature in the forms. The Seattle WC Policy is mandatory and must be completed and signed in order to complete the tour.

We can usually view the form in view history however, there is not a view history in Onboarding.

Verified on Production using restored company Long for HSPL. Above issue is reproduced. Though employee save the form 'Seattle WC Policy ' in Long Onboarding Tour 2, saved data such as signature do not reflect in Partner login while managing employee.

          Hi Traci Simpson,
As per present implementation, Additional form will be saved if some mode such as New Hire, OE, QE is set. In company long, there is no mode set, due to which, this issue is produced. I have verified on restored Long for HSPL that, if New Hire mode is set, form data is saved in employee tour.

Please refer to JIRA NF-221 for further information and let us know if any query.

          With Best Regards
          Rajendra Joshi
