Hello,
The "W4 form change Notification" in Email Broadcast not working. Currently, 2 clients are active with Onboard, Long and Matt Construction. Can this please be corrected? The Admins are not receiving the notifications.
Since this notification is for the Client Admin and not the employee, does the setting "Receive Email Notification" in BenAdmin need to be set to yes? Or is that just for employee notifications?
