Hello,
I attempted to deselect all I-9 options in production for "Long" however I was unable to.Please uncheck all I-9 options for Long since they cannot use I-9 at this time. Employee nor Employer/Client should see any I-9 options.
In addition, please let me know if partner access should be able to uncheck these options ourselves or if we will always need to submit a ticket.

Jennifer Leugers : Yes your understanding is correct that I9 Compliance will be done till June end (as currently development team is working on this front).
But if you would like to remove I9 for the time being then we can do this but in this case this will be removed for all clients.I mean currently we have 2 clients Long and Matt. if we will turn it off temporarily via online database settings (which hardly takes time to remove ) then it will be turned off for all the clients along with Long client.
So please let us know if you are fine with above approach and accordingly we will act on this.
