Long (Production) Unable to deselect I-9 viewing options for both Client and Employee

      Description

      Hello,

      I attempted to deselect all I-9 options in production for "Long" however I was unable to.Please uncheck all I-9 options for Long since they cannot use I-9 at this time. Employee nor Employer/Client should see any I-9 options.

      In addition, please let me know if partner access should be able to uncheck these options ourselves or if we will always need to submit a ticket.

          As of now, there is no functionality in system to remove I9 options from system for a client .
          Please let us know if this needs to be anlysed further for development and changes needs to be taken for development.

          Hi Swapnil Pandhare,

          We don't want the functionality removed, we simply want to remove it from the client and employee's dashboard temporarily until the I-9 in Onboard is functioning properly. I've attached screenshots of what we are requesting to be deselected. We would also like the ability to deselect these ourselves so that we can manage the account better.

          While taking the attached screenshots I noticed that the I-9 Approval Status is already de-selected and therefore should not be showing as a tile for the client however it still is.

          I hope this provides a little more clarity with our request.

          Quick links cannot be removed for a single client.
          For I-9 approval status tile, even if we remove from tile, it is accessible through menu.

          Also, can you please let me know which part of I-9 is not functioning properly ?

          It was my understanding the I-9 project is still open and clients were not yet able to use it. Is I-9 now functioning in stage and live on Production?

          If I-9 is live, there is no need to remove any I-9 quick links or viewing options from Long. They would like to use I-9 as soon as possible.

          Yes. I9 is funcitoning and live on stage & production.

          Hi all - the I9 form is not compliant unless the items that were in DEV are up-to-date such as locking of the I9 form. It is my understanding that the logic has not been built and it is going to take roughly two months for everything to be compliant per the regulations. Per this and per the fact that some clients won't want to use our I9 we should build out this functionality to remove on a per client basis.

          Swapnil Pandhare or Samir please correct me if I'm incorrect.

          But if you would like to remove I9 for the time being then we can do this but in this case this will be removed for all clients.I mean currently we have 2 clients Long and Matt. if we will turn it off temporarily via online database settings (which hardly takes time to remove ) then it will be turned off for all the clients along with Long client.

          So please let us know if you are fine with above approach and accordingly we will act on this.
