WT -> Rate Cloning -> Does not work when we want to clone a rate with different start and end date

      Description

      Stage Production

      Try cloning a life rate (say Supp Sp Life) to another company - while cloning change the start and end dates of associated rate and click on clone

      Though system shows the rate cloned successfully message - rate is not getting cloned to the destination company.
      When you do cloning without changing start and end dates - this works perfectly fine
