I noticed that we now have several email templates for Onboard notifications. Can you please tell me if these are currently working? If not, is there a golive date for these?

Tour Assignment Notification
Steps for When and How this email get triggered -
a] Login to the application as a admin.
b] Navigate to Onboard module.
c] From left navigation menu navigate to Employee Administration>Manage Onboard Status.
d] Mouse hover any employee record and click on "Assign Tours" link.
e] Select a respective tour and click on "Assign Tour" button.
d] Email will be received by employee stating "XYZ" tour is assigned to him.
Tour Reminder Notification
Steps for When and How this email get triggered -
a] Login to the application as a admin.
b] Navigate to Onboard module.
c] From left navigation menu navigate to Employee Administration>Manage Onboard Status.
d] Mouse hover any employee record and click on "Reminder" link.
e] Click on the "OK" button of confirmation message.
d] Reminder email will be received by employee stating end date for "XYZ" tour is fast approaching and need to complete it before end date.

4. Make sure that in Company Information >> System Settings >> Receive Email Notification is set to 'Yes'
5. Create a new hire employee. and in this employee login, complete the tours.
6. Admin will recived E-mail Message as per settings done above.

1. Is there a way to have the Tour Completion Notification emails go out to the BCC/CC emails addresses ONLY if certain employees finish the tour? For example if employee who has a Class value of X completed a tour then the email addresses on the BCC/CC section get a copy of the email whereas if an employee who has a Class value of Y completes the tour the email addresses on the BCC/CC don't get the email?
2. Can different Tour Completion Notification be setup this way the text on the email that is sent out is different? For example Class value X has certain email text and Class value Y has different email text.

In existing implementation, there is no provision to send Tour Completion Notification emails only to BCC or CC email address as employee from certain class finish tour. Also, there is no facility to set email message text for specific employee class.
Please note that provision to select employee classes is available only in E-mail Broadcast and not in Email message format.
